We welcome new patients with immediate appointment availability. New patients should arrive 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete registration information and the Medical History forms.
For all appointments, patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
If you need to cancel your scheduled time, please notify us as soon as possible so that another patient can be seen.
Failure to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in an administrative charge.
